Shipping Policy

At Reaper Suspension, we’re committed to delivering high-performance products with reliable service. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

  • New orders: Processed within 1–2 weeks
  • Revalve services: Processed within 1 week

Processing time refers to how long it takes to prepare your order before shipment. This does not include transit time.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship with UPS for both domestic and international orders. If you require an alternative shipping service, we’re happy to accommodate upon request.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • The shipping method selected at checkout

We ship from North Carolina, and transit times generally increase with distance. Expedited shipping is available upon request.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected service.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the package:

  1. Contact the carrier first
  2. Then reach out to us — we’ll work with you to the best of our ability

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is your only option, contact us so we can make arrangements.
  • All orders must include a valid, deliverable address.
